Greetings Spring Hill Families,
I am excited to have the opportunity to work with you and your child at Spring Hill Elementary School! My background as an educator includes teaching music for over twenty years at the middle and high school level and I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s in Music. My counseling training is from Lamar University in Counseling and Development. As a former middle school teacher, I have a passion for helping students learn the academic, social, and emotional skills that they need to be successful in life. It is my greatest hope that your child feels valued, safe, and welcome here at Spring Hill Elementary School and that they will carry positive memories with them into their middle school years and beyond.
I have 5 furbabies (4 cats & one rabbit), in addition to a crested gecko and several fish! I also love spending time with my amazing ten year old daughter who just finished elementary school! My husband, sister, sister-in-law, and brother-in-law are all educators and I am a proud product of the Pflugerville Schools having graduated from PHS!

Saludos familias de Spring Hill,
¡Estoy muy emocionada de la oportunidad de trabajar con ustedes y con sus hijos aquí en la escuela Spring Hill! Mi experiencia como una educadora incluye haber enseñado música en la secundaria y preparatoria por más de 20 años, además me gradué de la Universidad de Texas en Austin con título en música. Mi entrenamiento sobre consejería lo obtuve a través del programa de consejería y desarrollo de la Universidad Lamar. Como exmaestra de secundaria, me apasiona ayudar a que los estudiantes aprendan las habilidades académicas, sociales y emocionales que necesitan para tener éxito en la vida. Mi mayor esperanza es que su hijo se sienta valorado, seguro y bienvenido aquí en la Escuela Primaria Spring Hill y que se lleve recuerdos positivos a sus años de secundaria y más allá.
¡Tengo 5 “mascotas peludas” (4 gatos y un conejo), adicionalmente tengo un gecko crestado y varios pescados! Además, me encanta pasar tiempo con mi increíble hija de diez años quien acaba de terminar la escuela primaria. Mi esposo, mi hermana, mi cuñada y mi cuñado son todos educadores, ¡y estoy orgullosa de haber estudiado en las Escuelas de Pflugerville, habiéndome graduado de PHS!
